Blog: Different Shades of Green
We started a blog to look at what it means to be green, and to look beyond a simple benchmark of “being green” and to acknowledge the different shades of green. With our posts we aim to look at barriers to being green, green sarcasm and innovative green initiatives that exist in cities. Since we come from an incredibly diverse class we feel it is important to take an international perspective and blog about problems and initiatives from around the world.
This blog wants to give a diverse and international picture of different shades of green around the topic "Exploring Challenges and Initiatives towards Sustainable Cities" and complement our focus on the "Green City Freiburg" that we pursued in the Mural-Co-Creation and the Active Exhibition.
Since after our Student Organized Event we will spread out into all corners of the world, we decided to not keep this blog running. But because we thought it would be interesting to keep the articles we have saved them as pdfs for you to read. Enjoy!
